Cayo Icacos is a small uninhabited island off the coast of Fajardo on the east coast of Puerto Rico. With crystal clear waters gently crashing against a strip of diamond-dusty sand, Cayo Icacos (or Icacos Island) is the largest and most picturesque of the many cays that make up the La Cordillera Nature Reserve.
